1. Wide temperature resistance range: Conventional products can withstand temperatures from -60℃ to 300℃, while special adhesives (such as ceramic adhesives and silicone adhesives) can reach over 1000℃, meeting the demands of various high-temperature scenarios. Strong thermal stability: It does not decompose or soften at high temperatures and still maintains elasticity or rigid adhesion after long-term use.
2. High bonding strength and durability: Excellent mechanical properties: Tensile strength can reach 10-30 mpa (depending on the type), high shear strength, suitable for dynamic or heavy-load environments (such as engine components). Resistant to ultraviolet rays, ozone and chemical corrosion, with a service life of over 10 years.

GS-363 | General high tolerance temperature: Yingtong type (200-300℃), enhanced type (500-800 ℃), transplanting type (>1000℃). Bonding strength: For instance, the shear strength of cyclohydroxy resin adhesive is 215MPa, and the tensile strength of silicone rubber is 22MPa. Low thermal expansion coefficient: It matches the substrate and reduces stress cracking and wind removal under high mixing. Oxidation resistance: Strong resistance to oxidation at high temperatures, preventing gelation failure. Construction performance curing time: Room temperature curing takes 24-48 hours, high-temperature curing (such as 150℃) can be as short as 1-2 hours. |
